Bates Office Service began operated in the 1930s and today provides a comprehensive stationery service for prestigious business throughout the UK and beyond.
The customer required a fully bespoke online portal to select business card templates, customise with individual contact details and generate a print-ready PDF that could be distributed for print immediately.
We developed a bespoke portal designed specifically to carry out this task. Bates' well-known clients log in to the portal, select a product, customise, view a print-ready PDF and then place an order. A tuned process delivers the PDF through to production and the printed product arrives seamlessley on the customers doorstep.
The project removed a large amount of manual overhead in both communication and document generation.
